The palate has a wonderful mineral centre surrounded by layers of complexity from the wild fermentation.
Subtle use of seasoned French oak casks on a portion of the blend has added further weight and complexity. It finishes with a crisp fresh snap.

Started out very chilled and easy to drink but as it warmed in the late afternoon sun it remained very pleasant to the taste as the slight tartiness ( is there such a word?) replaced the chill with a personality of its own. Very relaxing wine to wind down a hot, busy day in the garden with, you earned it, enjoy. Get your book out”.
