Harvested ripe and clean the grape were gently pressed to recover high quality juice. Most of this parcel 85% was cool fermented in tank with aromatic yeast, the balance barrel fermented in seasoned wood (6-8 years old). 3 months lees stirring.

This wine has vibrant passionfruit and lime citrus aromas with background notes of white peach and tropical fruit. The palate is rich, juicy and seamless with charming freshness and poise. Gentle acidity adds some structure making it a fantastic food wine.
