This premium, single-vineyard, sustainable wine is grown and produced by the Clark family from vines planted on the stony river gravels high in Marlborough Awatere Valley. Challenged by rocky soil and strong wind, the vines respond with low yields of exceptional grapes that ripen slowly to develop intense flavours.
Fragrant aromas of gooseberry and blackcurrant lead to flavours of lime, grapefruit, melon and peach. Well balanced with juicy acidity and a long dry finish.
