Details
High altitude Bendigo fruit cool-fermented in stainless-steel to 13.3% alc. The nose is one of lovely purity. Off-dry to taste with 9.4 g/L rs, this is elegant and beautifully proportioned, the lime and floral fruit possessing succulence. The acidity is very fine and racy. Some phenolic textures detract from the mid-palate expression, but the wine carries a subtle and nuanced finish. This will develop over the next 4-6+ years and be excellent aperitif drinking.
