This Manu Bay Gisborne Viognier 2007 displays a boquet of citrus blossoms, some peach with a hint of oak. It's a vibrant pale straw colour with a tinge of green. On the palate you will find loads of lemon & limes with oaky overtones. The wine finishes fresh on a crisp note, and accompanies spicy or Asian dishes well.
