This wine was developed using 100% Chardonnay from Groco (Gisborne grower co-operative) and from wine produced from Hihi vineyard at Bond Road. Vines were chosen to produce a smooth wine with yeasty/bready characters and fresh from good acidity.
An easy drinking smooth sparkling wine made from 100% Gisborne Chardonnay. This wine is fitted with a Zork, a cutting edge re-sealable closure for sparkling wine. Life’s a celebration. Enjoy bubbles. Bring on Summer!
