Juice from hand-picked Pinot Noir grapes was left to gain a fine colour and then separated from the fruit. Lees stirring during fermentation added complexity and a smooth mouth-feel resulting in a deliciously dry aromatic wine with intense fruit flavours. Maori Point Rose has an aroma of rose petals and peaches, with nectarines and cherries on the palate. Best served lightly chilled.
