Your Direct Wines purchase is covered by our '100% satisfaction' guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason return the wine to us within 14 days and we will refund your money in full.

Just contact us by e-mail and we will issue you with a returns number. Please ensure the original packaging is intact and that the item is protected before posting. You will need to pay for return postage.

Guaranteed Delivery: If your order is lost or damaged in transit we will replace or refund your order.
